Who is responsible

What data this website collects

This website does not ask you to sign up or log in. If you use the chat assistant, the text of your questions is processed only to answer you and is not stored with your name. We keep anonymous daily counters (for example, how many times a perfume was viewed or ordered) that do not identify you. Your light or dark mode preference is saved only in your own browser.

Data you give us on WhatsApp or by phone

When you write to us on WhatsApp or call us, we use the data you choose to share (name, phone number, order, delivery address) only to attend to your order, confirm stock and delivery, and issue your invoice if you ask for one.

Third parties

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Maps map; the chat runs on Cloudflare. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) to the use of your data by writing to popperfumes@hotmail.com.
